Our Company was originally incorporated as TruAlt Energy Limited as a public limited company under the Companies Act, 2013, pursuant to a certificate of incorporation dated on March 31, 2021, by the Registrar of Companies, Karnataka at Bangalore (RoC). The name of our Company was subsequently changed to TruAlt Bioenergy Limited, pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extra-ordinary general meeting of the Shareholders held on June 1, 2022, pursuant to which a fresh certificate of incorporation consequent upon change of name was issued by the RoC.
