Subsequently, the Company was converted from a private limited company into a public limited company pursuant to a special resolution passed in the extraordinary general meeting of its Shareholders held on September 28, 2024 and consequently, the name of our Company was changed to `Gaudium IVF and Women Health Limited', and a fresh certificate of incorporation dated October 24, 2024 was issued by the Central processing center.
