The name of our Company was subsequently changed to Excelsoft Technologies Limited, upon conversion into a public company, pursuant to a shareholders' resolution dated July 22, 2024 and a fresh certificate of incorporation was issued by the Registrar of Companies, Bangalore at Karnataka dated September 17, 2024.
