The Company received a certificate for commencement of business issued by the RoC dated April 9, 1974. The Company was listed on the Calcutta Stock Exchange on May 3, 1976. Further, pursuant to the Board Resolution dated August 3, 2016 the company applied for voluntary delisting on August 3, 2016. Consequently, the Company was voluntarily delisted from Calcutta Stock Exchange, pursuant to the approval provided by the Calcutta Stock Exchange, on June 29, 2018, with effect from July 2, 2018.
